My kids and I love Regular Show, and my favorite character from that show is Rigby. So when I found out from my friend Lauri that today is William Salyers' birthday ( the voice of Rigby) I knew I had to make a bento in his honor π
This lunch contains beef and mushroom sauce (which is under the rice), cantaloupe, broccoli, carrots, and words made from cheese. Rigby is made from egg, cheese, and nori. How did I get the egg to look like Rigby? Well, here's a wonderful tutorial from Bentolicious: How to Make Smooth Egg Sheet.
This lunch was based on the episode "The Power". Here's a scene explaining it:
I'm definitely not the only one of my bento blogging friends who is a fan of Regular Show, so today we are doing something special: A Regular Show Bento link -up!
Here's how it works:
I'd love it if you would link up a lunch that features Regular Show (or William Salyers). Just copy the URL of the blog post that you want to share, and click on the blue button that says "add your link" at the end of this post. Then follow the simple instructions to add to my collection. You will have one week to add to this, so if this post inspires you to make Β a Regular Show lunch of your own, I'd love to see it!
