- 4 sub sandwich buns
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 tablespoon powdered ranch dressing mix
- sliced tomatoes
- sliced pickles
- sliced cheese of choice - like gouda (cheddar, swiss, etc.)
- sliced deli meats of choice - like ham (turkey, roast beef, pastrami, etc.)
- foil to wrap sandwiches
Instructions
- Melt butter in microwave.
- Stir in ranch dressing powder. Mix well.
- Split open 4 buns, and brush half of butter sauce on insides of buns.
- Add meat, cheese, and other sandwich fillings as desired.
- Close buns, and brush remaining butter sauce on top of each bun.
- Wrap in foil.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes, or until cheese melts.
Notes
You can, of course, use regular or gluten free buns for this - the sandwich shown is on one of my gluten free buns.
