Ha, ha, guess what? I've been counting wrong all week! It's actually 4 days before Halloween, not 5!!
Today I made a simple little snack. I had the idea of making dried apricots into little pumpkins by using a slivered almond as a stem, and it just turned into a little snack bento. There are also some Food Should Taste Good cracker/chips, some grapes ( under the apricots) garbanzo beans, and some ghost and pumpkin cheese. I offered it up to whoever was at home, and my youngest son called it. He loves to snack on garbanzo beans, so I wasn't surprised 🙂
I'm rarely on the computer on the weekends, so I'm keeping this short so I can get back to my Saturday!
