Some of the things I love about Spring are asparagus, tulips, and baby animals - so why not put them into my lunch? I did and it was delicious!
Today's food:
breakfast - homemade instant oatmeal, fried egg plus an extra white
snack - half an apple and 2 tbsp. natural peanut butter
lunch - the bento shown above : Chipotle Beef, lime cilantro rice, asparagus, red bell pepper, provolone cheese bunny with nori and ketchup details
snack - ... I think I forgot to eat a snack! oops
dinner - pork sirloin chops; roasted cabbage, carrots, and brussels sprouts; and a baked potato with lite sour cream and lite butter
The only exercise I did was yoga - my knees are still killing me!
